I was forcing spring and obviously, got sick. 

After spending some of my most fun days in outfits that are appropriate for at least 10+ degrees Celsius, the inevitable cold said Hello! But well, what can I do ? I accept my choices :)

FEBRUARY OUTFIT | CRAZY VIBES

Hello dear readers ! I feel so proud to say that I've lived this week to the fullest :) 

As you can see, I had a small hair color makeover on Monday and I think that it might be the reason for having such a fantastic time this week. I came to the conclusion that your look really infuences your mood, and vice versa. Everytime I change my look it instantly cheers me up and I simply adoooore that feeeling !

But let's talk about this outfit a bit. After 1238 years of snow and freezing we finally had some sunny days. This was the perfect occasion to wear mom's jacket, which has such an interesting design, don't you think? The exaggerated shoulders, the asymetrical collar and its length made me reallty fall in love with it :x + of course, the metalic accesories !

FEBRUARY OUTFIT | the answer to my prayers

ALOHA dear readers ! I can't believe that my prayers were heard and we finally have a sunny & quite warm day ! Waking up with the sun in my eyes was the most wonderful thing and now I am full with energy :)

That is why I went for a walk with my mom and snapped these pictures.

 

And now, something about the outfit. I came to the conclusion that gray is the predominant color in my closet.I pretty much love it, as it is neutral and easy to mix and match. I believe that is why I felt in love with this coat, very 20's in a way (don't you think?)

Well, enough talking. I'm going to spend the rest of my weekend studying..

I really enjoy spending a whole afternoon from time to time surfing on style.com but I have never ever never felt in love with a collection as I did with the VALENTINO Pre-Fall 2012 Collection !

         

This collection designed by Pier Paolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri resonates so much with my conception about wearable fashion , it scares me. 

I am head over heels in love with the beautiful, long Cinderella dress in that rosy color, the minimal re-thinking of the aviator jackets and also the clean-cut of the coats below:

         

        

AND OH, as if the collection wasn't perfect already, they made a RED & GORGEOUS JUMPSUIT !

FEBRUARY | ALL THOSE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR (2)

Something I really can't believe how hectic life can get, yet it is fun and full of surprizes ! Even though I have so much to study I still need some cosy afternoons with friends and delicious food to keep me going.  

So here are the things that I am grateful for :

JANUARY OUTFIT | Freezing or what ?

Greetings from Siberia everyone ! I'm sorry for not posting anything but  how am I suppose to be dressed in something worth being photographed when it is so cold outside ? If I could I would wear 3 layers of clothes and 5 pairs of boots ... 

Anyway, until I will be able to shoot some better quality photos I must leave you with this outfit :)

LUCIAN BROSCATEAN - DREAM MAP

Lucian Broscătean is a Romanian designer whose work I truly admire.

Lucian has graduated from the BA and MA Fashion Design Course at the University of Art and Design Cluj-Napoca ! 

He amazed me again with the fine lines, minimal influences and clean cuts of his newest collection : DREAM MAP.  Don't you simply love how wearable his pieces are ?

Now I know that for upcoming spring, I'll be looking for coats and trenches with these kind of minimal influence! Needless to say that the black & white game will ocuppy my soul for good.
